How to Start a Return Email us at support@pureflowbath.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Ship the item back using the provided label. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank — typically 3–10 business days after we process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@pureflowbath.com. We will send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.

Non-Returnable Items Used filter cartridges. Items returned after 30 days from delivery. Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.
